Bootcamp catch up

So week 2 was much better than week 1 for me. I was wondering if I didn't push myself enough the second time around. After the first Saturday I was hurting until Wednesday but the second Saturday I was barely sore. So this past Saturday (#3) I pushed a bit more and really pushed myself on the hill sprints! I felt I really worked hard but I'm still didn't feel it the next day. Good or bad I'm not sure. There's been talk about adding another "bootcamp" day on Wednesdays. I really hope this works out for some of the ladies because I'd love to get together with them twice a week and really kick my butt into shape! I still need to get a bathroom scale because I have no idea if I've lost any weight. I do know that I feel much better! I'm not as stiff in the morning and don't feel winded going from the basement up to the top floor anymore! Also I'm pretty sure it's helping my back, but we'll have to see what the chiropractor says when I finally make an appointment!
